I discovered yoga ten years ago, and since then it has become a practice close to my heart—one that has accompanied me through challenging moments and helped me reconnect with myself and with life in a more conscious and gentle way.
My training in Jungian psychotherapy, inspired by the analytical psychology of Carl Gustav Jung, influences the way I approach yoga practice: with respect for inner rhythm, for limits, and for the need for emotional safety. Throughout my professional journey, I have also explored complementary practices with a symbolic dimension, which have enriched my perspective and sensitivity toward inner processes. My yoga classes do not replace a therapeutic process, but rather create a space for conscious movement and self-regulation.
I completed a 200-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Course in 2021 and I am a Yoga Alliance–affiliated instructor. Over time, I have explored different yoga styles, which I have integrated into my own practice and joyfully share with those curious to discover yoga in an authentic and gentle way.
I have deepened my meditation practice—one of the essential elements of yoga—during a Vipassana meditation retreat in Thailand and later in another retreat held in Romania.
After completing my studies in political science and psychology, I came to understand that a fulfilled life needs a living, present, and flexible body. Without this dimension, knowledge often remains abstract. Connecting with the body through yoga is one of the most nourishing practices I have explored, and if this approach resonates with you, I warmly invite you to practice together.
