I am a yoga teacher, passionate about exploring the relationship between the body, emotions, and inner processes. Alongside my yoga practice, I am training as a Jungian psychotherapist, which gives me a deep and attentive perspective on how emotional experiences are reflected in the body.
- I discovered yoga ten years ago, and since then it has become a soul practice that supported me through challenging moments and helped me reconnect with myself and with life in a more conscious and gentle way.
- My training in Jungian psychotherapy, inspired by Carl Gustav Jung’s analytical psychology, influences how I approach yoga practice: with respect for inner rhythm, personal limits, and the need for emotional safety. Along my professional journey, I have also explored complementary practices with symbolic dimensions that enriched my perspective and sensitivity toward inner processes. My yoga classes do not replace therapy, but rather create a space for conscious movement and regulation.
- I completed my Hatha Yoga Teacher Training (200 hours) in 2021 and am a Yoga Alliance–affiliated instructor. Over time, I have explored different yoga styles, which I have integrated into my practice and joyfully share with those curious to discover yoga in an authentic and gentle way.
- I deepened my meditation practice — one of yoga’s essential elements — during a Vipassana meditation retreat in Thailand, followed by another retreat in Romania.
- After completing studies in political science and psychology, I came to understand that a fulfilling life needs a living, present, and flexible body. Without this dimension, knowledge often remains abstract. Connecting with the body through yoga is one of the most nourishing practices I have explored, and if this approach resonates with you, I warmly invite you to practice together.
